Tapping

I had some free time today and decided to treat myself to some tapping and meditation. I have been alternating between the two for about two hours and I really feel great. I went on youtube, as I usually do, and did some tapping with Brad Yates. He has some incredible videos for all sorts of different issues.

I think that tapping is one of the best ways to release any sort of stress. It is also a great thing to do before meditation because it relaxes you for it and it helps to “reprogram” thought patterns as well because changing negative thought patterns is essential to having a good life.

Tapping has helped me with all sorts of things. I believe that the best gift you can give anyone is the tools to help them change their lives and this tool really allows people to manage their own stress in powerful ways.
