Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT)
Tapas Acupressure Technique or TAT utilizes a “pose” that involves holding the area of the head containing the visual cortex (back of head) and several acupressure points on the front of the head near the nose and eyes. Additionally, while using this pose, one invokes 7 steps or intentions to create resolution and releasing of an issue. These steps involve focus on the issue, focus on the opposite of the issue, releasing all of the origins of the issue, releasing all the storage places in the body, mind and spirit where the issue has been stored, forgiveness of self and others that contributed to the issue, asking for forgiveness from those who have been hurt because you had the issue and releasing the part of you that benefited from having the issue.
This is an easy to learn, easy to use technique that is a very fast, powerful energy psychology tool. It can be used as a universal well-being aide to work on any issue one has.
