Affirmative Thinking

Practicing affirmations is the best way that I know to change a negative belief about something into a more positive one. A belief is just a thought that you keep thinking and an affirmation is practiced because someone wants to activate a positive new thought about a subject that they have a negative belief about. If the affirmation is practiced long enough then the subconscious mind will believe it and, when that happens, then the manifestation of what the individual wants must be.
