Listen to your heart

Recently something happened that made me a little frantic. What happened frightened me so much that all this fear started growing inside me. The feeling was so bad that I felt helpless and trapped and I hate that feeling. I was chatting with a friend and told him what had happened and after going back and forth with him for a bit he wrote the words…. what does your heart say? So I thought about it and wrote back….my heart says let it go… it is okay… everything is okay…. love yourself. As soon as I wrote that, all this relief came over me. I can’t say that I felt 100% better right away but I felt at least 70% better.
Great spiritual teachers, throughout the ages, have always said that our true power comes from within. And not just our power, everything comes from within. Everything that is going on within us is reflected in the world around us. I always forget that. I always forget that my true comfort comes from no one else but me. When I was able to comfort myself in this way then I realized and remembered just how this all works.
A lot of the times I write on this blog for my readers but today I write this for myself too. I hope I never forget this. Sometimes I forget to forgive myself, to love myself and to give myself the benefit of the doubt. I hope you all are able to do this too. Learn to be good to yourself and you will be surprised by the way you will be treated. The more you love yourself, the more you will be loved by others.
I have been studying the law of attraction for four years now and certain bad habits are hard to break with me. I hope I will never forget this because this gave me so much relief so quickly. I hope you all will try this when things get stressful in your life too. Try to remember how many times you have been through stressful situations and how you have gotten through them in the best way you can and give yourself a break and a well deserved pat on the back and remind yourself that if you can get through that you can get through this too.
I think sometimes we take life too seriously and when we find ourselves making the same mistakes and constantly feeling terrible and beating ourselves up for it, that is when we need to regroup and refocus. I really do not know how to end this article but I will say this… I am so happy that I feel this issue is resolved within me. I feel calm about it and I feel happy that I feel relief about it so quickly. I hope you all try this too.
Moving up the emotional scale

Today something that I did not want manifested. In retrospect, I realized that I of course attracted it and, although what happened may not be a big deal to too many people, it was a big deal to me because this is not the first time it has happened.
I really felt anger after it had happened and then I kind of went into a bit of a daze… you know the kind where you hear someone talking to you but all you can think about is something else that bothered you and nothing can keep you from thinking about it. That is how I felt for about two hours and then I tried very hard to release what I was feeling by tapping and using a Abraham-Hicks technique.
On my way home, I took a piece of paper and I tried to make myself feel better about the situation that happened. It took about twenty minutes but I was able to move from feeling angry and guilty to feeling frustrated and pessimistic about it. Abraham says that we have to put the way we feel first because the way we feel is our point of attraction. Below is the scale of human emotions. Abraham says if you can move up the emotional scale and make yourself feel better, on all subjects, you will allow well-being in a powerful way.
1. Joy/Knowledge/Empowerment/Freedom/Love/Appreciation.
2. Passion.
3. Enthusiasm/Eagerness/Happiness.
4. Positive Expectation/Belief.

When I got home I realized that I needed to cut myself some slack and stop being so self-critical. I reminded myself that it is okay to stumble sometimes. I think the hardest thing about this Law of Attraction stuff is changing these old thought patterns because they do not go away right away. Sometimes I forget that because I make such an effort to get rid of them, that is why they still exist in my life.
Anyway, I was glad that I made what happened today a non-issue by the end of the day. Even though I do not feel ecstatic, I can say that I am happier than I was earlier. What’s great about situations like this is that it teaches you, each time it happens, that you can pull yourself right out of it in less time each time.
No more negative core beliefs!

The mind is a complicated thing. How each person thinks and feels is unique. One person can hear a song and think happy thoughts while another person can hear the same song and be reminded of something bad that happened because that person associates that song with the bad experience. Tapping is powerful because it releases the body’s negative response to a thought, a image, a word, etc. The way you feel is your indicator of what you are focusing on – if it is something that you approve of you have a good feeling and if it is something that you do not want you have a bad feeling. The point of EFT is to use it on the negative feelings and thoughts that keep coming up. When you begin to deactivate them, and the only way you know that is through the way you feel, that is when you will see your life change for the better.
EFT can change our negative core beliefs. For instance, if you are upset that you do not have enough money that means that you have a negative core belief about money. What’s great about this is that you can change it! How do you change it? You just start tapping. Start tapping on all your feelings about money and then go out and see what happens. If things don’t change then you need to keep doing it until it does.
Today I was traveling and I barely did any tapping which was a surprise to me because it has become a ritual for me to tap in my mind while in transit. But I didn’t because nothing was really bothering me. I have been using Robert Smith’s technique daily for less than a month and I feel that I really have reversed most of my negative core beliefs. I know that I always end my posts trying to encourage everyone to try EFT but I really cannot say it enough. You have no idea what prison you are living in until you use a simple technique to let it go! You do not need to be afraid of your money problems or your well-being issues or anything else. You can change the way that you feel about anything and, when you do, the thing that was causing you to feel bad will change too. We are not here to have our feelings be on autopilot. We are here to direct our thoughts and to allow the well-being that we want.
I have been searching for this freedom for many years. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for EFT. It has really helped me gain the control that I have always wanted. I hope you all try it. Happy Tapping!
Freedom with EFT

It is unbelievable how well EFT works. Most people never discover how powerful it is because they refuse to try something that is out of the box and they refuse to take responsibility for the negative patterns that they are creating in their lives.
Look at your life! Take a look at the big and negative things that have happened to you. Do you not see a pattern with all of them? Do you not see that people have treated you the same way in each situation and that has yielded you to feel badly in the same way every time? It is like playing the same movie over and over again yet there are different faces and different places and; therefore, that is what makes you believe that it is their fault that you feel this way and not yours.
Although it may be hard for you to accept, we attract everything that has ever happened to us. It was hard for me to accept for a long time but when you fully accept it, that is when you can begin to change the course of your life.
Take the things that have happened to you that you do not want anyone to know about and that hurt you when you even think about them – take them all and write them down and tap on each of them until they no longer bother you. Then go out in the world and test it out. If you are still encountering the same problems that means that you have to keep tapping on those negative feelings that cause you to attract negative circumstances. Tap on them until you never encounter the problems again.
When you begin to release your old programming, that is when you will begin to experience freedom and unconditional love. What I mean by that is, you will no longer allow any condition to control the way you feel because you can change the way you feel and; therefore, change any condition! Happy Tapping!!
Practice tapping in your mind

I spend a lot of time traveling and, when I get into my old, negative thinking patterns, in my mind I use Robert Smith’s Faster EFT technique to help me neutralize these thoughts and feel better.
People think that they have to tap on the points for EFT to work. It is a common misconception because people do not realize that their mind has actually created any problem that they feel so inclined to work on. I was having a lousy day the other day and I just decided to tap in my mind. I tapped on things that I have been carrying around with me for months and even years. I was successful. The tapping help subside my problems and put me in such a good mood too. However, the next day I felt like I was at square one again because everything I felt was right back where it was the day before.
Sometimes our programming, with certain things, is very strong and other times it is not so strong. Tapping is incredible but the process of letting go of old programming can be difficult because there is no map that can be drawn for our subconscious, negative thinking patterns. What I am saying is, sometimes it can work in just one try and other times you may need more than fifty tries to get it to a moderate level where you feel like you can manage whatever is bothering you. Everything with EFT is based on how you feel and what most people want to do is get to the root of the problem – discover what is causing them to feel the way that they feel.
Sometimes you figure out the root of the problem quickly and other times it may take a very long time. When the issue that I was dealing with the other day came back, I remembered that I have had this problem ever since I could remember. I feel it is okay that it came back because I will try again and again and again and again to release it until it is gone for good. Persistence is the key and if you want to see change in your life, you have to keep at it. Happy Tapping!

There are many people, in the spiritual field, who believe that you need to read many books or who think that you need to spend hours and hours and hours meditating or who think that you need to think pure positive thoughts to become a person who is more at peace and more in alignment with well-being. I have read many books. I have spent hours and hours and hours meditating. I have tried to only think positive thoughts and, although I enjoyed what I was doing, it did not give me the quick peace of mind that a couple of hours of tapping has given me.
All you have to do is release your negative thought patterns and then you will allow well-being. It is as simple as that! You do not need to spend years and years on a spiritual path before you begin to allow the good stuff. It just does not need to be a ton of work. I even think that Abraham-Hicks techniques take too much time as well. Nothing works as quickly and as deeply as EFT. There is nothing out there that gets to the root of the problem like EFT does and I have not seen a better way that EFT has been applied than with Robert Smith’s Faster EFT technique.
I have been having a lot of fun releasing my old negative thought patterns and I hope that all of you can try Robert Smith’s technique as well. I can’t tell you how much better I feel and how ridiculous I have been for letting all these things bother me year after year after year. I would not say that I am a tortured soul but sometimes you have to clean house! Don’t you think it is ridiculous that something that maybe happened thrity years ago still bothers you? Don’t you think it is time to ditch it? Don’t you think it is time to move on with your life? The reason why you let it linger is because you do not realize how much it is impacting your life now. Releasing your negative programming

I have been on this incredible EFT marathon for the past two weeks. I have finally gotten to the point where I am sick and tired of getting the same manifestations that I do not want and I decided to try to let everything that has ever bothered me go. It has been an interesting two weeks. I have been tapping on things that I did not realize still bothered me – things that happened way back when I was in elementary school.
I have watched a lot of Robert Smith’s videos on youtube. He really illustrates how the mind creates programs that yield negative manifestations. The things that he says is very interesting. We tend to focus on the bad things that happen to us. We play it back in our minds over and over again and what we do no realize is that, when we do this, we are creating what we do not want in our future.
Many of us just get so caught up in our patterns of thinking that we believe “this is the way life is and there is nothing that I can do about it”. I had a similar belief system as well. I believed that there were just certain things in my behavior that I could not change and; therefore, I had to deal with whatever repercussions came.
It does not matter what you have been through in your life. You can release any negative pattern or belief system with EFT. The one thing that I found very interesting with myself, in the past two weeks, is that I realized that I was afraid to do the EFT because I was afraid that it was going to change me. I realized that I have changed but I am still me and a lot happier. Try EFT on everything! Try it on any phobia you have and any negative thought that passes through your mind and what you will discover is that you have a pattern of thinking that is just not serving you. If you try it long enough you will wonder why you never tried it before. Happy Tapping!
Faster EFT with Robert Smith: The Billion Dollar Technique

I call this technique the Billion Dollar Technique because of how well I think it works. Robert Smith is a Master NLP Trainer. I have been watching his videos on youtube and I am really amazed by his EFT techniques and by a lot of the things that he says. EFT is the best way that I know to release old negative thought patterns. For those people who have been studying the Law of Attraction, EFT compliments these teachings because it quickly helps you to release limiting beliefs. I think that Robert Smith has really simplified EFT with his Faster EFT techniques because the most difficult thing about releasing negative beliefs is identifying that you have subconscious negative thought patterns that have to be released.
However, by using this technique, you do not have to identify your subconscious negative thought patterns. All you have to identify is that you are thinking some thought that makes you feel bad. That’s all you have to do! This technique is so easy and what makes it so special is that you can do it ANYWHERE! The one challenge with EFT is that it looks strange. EFT is very out of the box and cannot be done in public without people thinking that you are crazy! However, in this video, Robert Smith demonstrates the power of the mind by telling you how you can do this technique just by thinking about tapping on the meridian points — you do not even have to tap on the points for it to work!! This is truly fantastic because we are always thinking and a lot of the times I find myself thinking things that I don’t want to think about in public and I love this technique because I can release these negative thought patterns, in my mind, no matter where I am or what I am doing.
I have watched this video at least fifty times and I have used this technique hundreds of times and I am seeing dramatic changes in my life — I am feeling more free and more happy than I have ever felt in my whole life. I want to thank Robert Smith for posting this video on youtube and sharing this with me and with everyone else in the world. Please use this technique and show it to all the people that you care about. It is so wonderful to teach others ways in which they can feel better. Have fun tapping!
Attract more money with EFT

Most people never try EFT because they never realize that it is their subconscious thoughts that are secretly controlling everything that they are attracting into their lives. Most people think that if they consciously think about having money then it will come into their experience and, when it doesn’t, that is when they will say that there is no such thing as the Law of Attraction because “it didn’t work for me”.
Ask yourself… how do you really feel about money? Is it something that has come easily to you or is it something that you have struggled with? No one wants to admit that they have struggled with money problems and sometimes we try to convince ourselves that things are better because we fear change. When you think about money… do you feel good or do you feel a negative emotion? If you feel any negative emotion that means that you have a negative belief about money. Your feelings are your indicator of how much or how little money you are attracting into your life.
EFT can help you tap away your negative feelings about money and destroy your subconscious self-sabotaging ways. Go to youtube and do a search on EFT and money and tap along with the practitioners in the videos and see if you can change the way you feel about money. This may not be something that you can do quickly. What I mean by that is that you may have multiple subconscious negative beliefs about money and you may not be able to permanently tip the scale to allowing more money for the rest of your life in one minute. But that is okay. Try to practice this for at least a week and see what changes occur in your life. The best way to use these techniques is to do it and then to go out in the world and see what changes for you. Have fun tapping.
EFT and The Law of Attraction

When I first heard about the Law of Attraction I believed that it “could” be true. What I mean by that is I thought there were some things in my life that I attracted and there were some things in my life that I thought I did not attract at all! It took me about a year and a half to fully accept that I have attracted everything that has ever happened to me.
But once I accepted it, what was I left with? I was left with the responsibility for ALL of the negative thinking patterns that I have been carrying with me all these years. It sometimes gets annoying thinking of a negative thought and knowing that it is detrimental to my future because we all create our future with our thoughts. However, there is an easier way. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is the best way to begin to change these old thought patterns. The hardest thing about EFT is recognizing that you need to change a thought. This is kind of off the subject but all I can think of right now is Michael Jackson’s “Man in the Mirror” song and the message that comes from it. It is so true! We must change ourselves individually to see a change in the world. The reason why this is true is because the mind perceives what is going on around it so if you believe the world is bad then there is some belief within you that is making you perceive the world in that way.
Many spiritual teachers have come forth and proclaimed that this world is perfect but it is man’s imperfection that allows him to see it as imperfect. Try EFT! Try changing the way you perceive your job, your well-being, your goals, your loved ones and see how your future can get better and life can be so much more fun!
