Why the Yuen Method is so great

November 26, 2010

So as many of you know, I write about stress reduction. Perhaps what I never told you before was how long I have been actively searching for ways to let go of my negative thinking through “stress reduction” – it has been nine years now and I am 31.

It has been a long journey. I have spent a LOT of money on many things that have not worked and many things that have worked but not as quickly as I would have liked them to.

The Yuen Method is by far the fastest and relatively cheapest technique that I have tried to this day. This summer I tried Faster EFT and, even though I think it is a great technique, I realize now that it is not necessary to tap on the past to let negativity go. I also realized that I spent a lot of money with Faster EFT and I was able to let go of many negatives beliefs and so many more issues for FAR LESS money with the Yuen Method.

So what is the Yuen Method? It is a non-touch stress reduction modality created by a 35th generation Chinese monk and Kung Fu expert. The broad definition of the technique would be that the Yuen Method practitioner goes into a neutral state of mind and does “corrections”. If any of you have had an interest in stress reduction and the law of attraction and have had this constant desire to improve your life (like I have) then you know just how difficult it can sometimes be to get rid of things that bother you that you don’t know why they bother you. I expereince this often. In the beginning of learning the law of attraction it was ever so easy for me to master the laws but applying them was a different matter. I found it easy to help others and difficult to help myself so I always felt that it is absolutely necessary to find other practitioners who can help me resolve the things that I have no idea why they bother me. Let me give you an example of what I mean. I have a great job – most people would kill for the kind of freedom that I have at work and the kind of work that I do (along with stress reduction I also work at a small ad agency and I create social media campaigns for clients – how cool is that?). And I also live in a nice apartment in Manhattan. I have a lot to be happy about but rather than being happy I get worried often as I am constantly sweating the small stuff wherever I go.
For someone who is so determined to be happy – this is not the way to be but how can I change this? There are those who would say just focus on what makes you happy – if that was easy I would be doing that! There is something to be said about our pattern of thinking – our internal programming. Dr. Yuen believes that it is a multi-dimensional issue and by that I mean – it has many roots that are not apparent and that is why it is so hard to ban your own negative thinking – it is truly a part of your DNA.

To me Dr Yuen has unlocked the code to correcting this programming – no matter where it comes from. I was in the worst mood the other day. I decided to go on his millionairehealer website and, with a freind, I listened to one of his prerecorded teleseminar (these recordings have his corrections in them) and the following day I had a much better day. I can revert back to “the way I was” and I have in the past but, like with everything else, it takes practice to improve – so I will keep listening to these recordings. Along with the recordings on millionairehealer.com, I listen to Dr Yuen’s other live teleseminars that he has every week or so.
Have any of you had incredible improvements with the Yuen Method? What were your transformations like?

The Yuen Method

November 20, 2010

A friend from Toronto first told me about the Yuen Method back in June of this year. In August, I had my first remote session with a practitioner and I have to say I love the Yuen Method. I love it so much I have decided to become a practitioner. I will be be attending Dr. Yuen’s modules 2 and 3 in Philadelphia December 10-12.

I am pretty excited to learn this technique. I have tried so many things over the years and I just think this technique is the most advanced and quickest technique I have come across to date. It is also not cheap so I have to save my money for these seminars lol!

Anyway, I am interested in knowing if any of you have tried the Yuen Method? What is it that you like about it? Are you a practitioner? Do you think this is the best technique as far as stress reduction is concerned?
